Hi Kids,
I am writing to you because there have been very big changes and expansion in the street kid program that I want to notify you about:

INTERNATIONAL WORK

INDIA

Pastor Emmanuel Thandu Director
I am going myself to set up our new street kids org. Active Blessing India with my partner Emmanuel Thandu. Umar Mwiru is the only person who took the chance to meet him when he was a conference speaker in Kampala the 2nd week of Dec. We also have an intercessor for the India work in Victoria Nimiruli who does not know Emmanuel but is from Andre Pradesh like him. I will put at the bottom of this newsletter a small activity report that started the 4th of Jan. 2012. INDIA NEEDS are for a pick-up truck and my air ticket of $1700.

RWANDA

Brian Wedeya (sponsored) Bududa, is called to go here and work . He and Alfred made a visit there in 2011 to understand their needs. We are waiting on 2 more $60 sponsors for Rwanda.

CONGO DRC

Davies Ocaali (Soroti) has asked to start work in Congo, and we have a promised sponsor for that expensive work. (Congo is French speaking and uses dollars.)

UGANDAN WORK

MUKONO
Joy Nilima our first girl Street Pastor, has been taken TODAY to Mukono to begin her work. sponsored

ENTEBBE
Evans Moiti has begun work there and is quite the preacher! It is a new project that needs sponsorship of $60/month

KAMPALA
Moses Kirya (new project, sponsored) has about 350 kids he is overseeing in a wonderful way. He is expanding rapidly.

KAMPALA
Zion Wilber (sponsored) is managing about 20 street kids with housing and some medical care.

LIRA
Boni (sponsored, Soroti) and Innocent Opio (student) have moved to Lira to start work in that place. Lira has over 8,000 street kids and NEEDS MUCH PRAYER ! Opio needs sponsorship of $60/month

NAMATALA (Mbale slum)
Charles Amidu (former ABU accounting student, needs sponsorship) has been working alone with street kids, and is now coordinating with ABU under Zechariah Ankwasi (needs sponsorship) who is still expanding this Namatala work with regular bible teaching by Titus Aluda (sponsored). We want every street kid in this slum to know Jesus!
We are hoping to plant a church in this place in 2012 because there are so many Christian street kids. We have been working there since 2008. Charles wants to have video equipment for showing Christian films and playing Christian music in this very loud place filled with alcohol production and drunkards.

KITGUM
We have 2 unsponsored Street Pastors, Francis and Patrick, working with many of the x-child-soldiers returnees who are on the street. They are unsponsored…..just working with no money for anything at all. This is the place where we have huge medical bills (Solomon Odoke, needs bicycle $100 for this job) as it has so many returnees including pregnant girls (5 of these 30 girls have delivered).
Please pray for Oscar Ocaya, our Kitgum manager as he continues to take care of all the problems they face. With the financial help of the local govt. he has built a 2 room Welcome House on our ABU property and a large ABU house is going up at the same time. We will have our Kitgum office there too. Somehow, by the grace of God, we have peace in Kitgum now.

NEAR FUTURE

KATAKWI
Simon Otuki (Soroti) is going to start work in Katakwi this month. He needs sponsorship $60/mo.

ARUA
Nick (director) and Ronald Ochan (needs sponsor @ $60.mo) are leaving next week to settle Ronald in Arua to start street kid work. Ron has just finished his A levels in school and is waiting to see if he qualifies for university.

KAMULI
Emily and I wrote for a grant to treat every street kid in Kamuli as they all have jiggers. We included plans for a hospice house so that they could die in a caring environment rather than on the street. Please pray that we are “granted” the money for this work. They deserve to live if it is possible.

Titus Aluda, one of our best bible teachers, is now available to come to your city to teach the Word to your street children for a period of 1-2 months at a time. Please coordinate this with me.
PRAYER REQUESTS
1. Please ask your children to pray for our work of bringing the gospel to all street children in Uganda and beyond, and let us remember to pray for Speter as well.
2. Pray for our expansion to cover every city/village in Uganda, with sponsored Street Pastors.
3. Pray for evangelism to start in Juba S Sudan.
4. Our medical doctor James Anyama has asked to start a permanent medical clinic in S Sudan. If anyone is interested in funding, or starting this medical project, please let me know. jane Melchizedekstreasure@yahoo.com
Lov u all. Mom Jane (the Street Kid’s founder with Speter), and current trustee; with Nicholas Wolyamboka Street Kids’ Director, love you and care about YOU. You do a tremendous job that no-one else can do and you do it unto Jesus. Please see the India report below.

INDIA
This is the work of a respected leader of the Christian church, a conference speaker and crusade organizer Emmanuel Thandu, my partner in the street kids ministry. I am so proud of him. No other pastors do this. It is because only the love of God in a person can love street kids!

On 4th Morning around 7 am, we went to Visakhapatnam Railways station, we went to meet them before they go to the streets, we found some kids roaming near the garbage, we were talking to them and praying ………. All of a sudden some young street leaders came rushing to us, staring into our eyes and asking us, WHO ARE YOU, FROM WHERE HAVE YOU COME? ………. We told them , we are children of God, came to share the happiness and Love of Jesus Christ with you all.

One answer from them, …….. GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE COME TO TAKE AWAY THE KIDS AND SELL THEM, We do not want your food and love and get away, we tried to slow their anger, even they came rushing to fight against me and caught my shirt, and many kids and leaders came around us and said to go away from this place.

We told them ok, and we were praying and sitting on the platform, and when everything was calm, two kids came to us, asking from where we have come and the purpose, we shared slowly the testimonies. They said they will meet us after two hours at one place called Convent Junction. I told them to bring more street kids to that place. So around 11 pm, 5 street kids came to that place. They told all their stories and how the street leaders behave with them.
In the morning’s the street leaders give work to all the street kids at different places. Some for begging at the bus-stations, parks, signal lighting where the transport is more and to beg on roads.

Some they send as coolies to carry heavy loads in godowns, parcel godowns, rice godowns etc; They are suffeirng with severe pains of carrying heavy loads. Some kids showed their shoulders and wounds. Tears came running.
Some street kids are sent to steal in some shops, railways stations, hotels, some sit in front of the hotels where they place ones who are not good in health for begging. and they make trouble in various types.

In the evening they have to bring all the money to them and give. The leaders give some food and some alcohol and grab away all of the money. If they try to run away, they will catch and beat them badly in such a manner, they never try to escape again. So we took them to good hotel, gave them some food and told we would meet all the leaders in the evening.

In the Night around 8 pm, we were at the same place in Railway Station, they started staring at us. We prayed for three hours in the evening, We starred each other for long time, they had food, we looked at them, I told them i need some food and i am hungry, they were surprised, One of the street leader came close to me, did you really did not had food or you cheating us? ……… I replied with courage, they is no need to cheat you, I am here to make you happy , he said no ……. after several hot discussion i told them to give some time for us to talk to them. Few of them accepted and some sat without any kind of interest. We know God will do miracles and change their minds.
Two of us gave testimonies and i spoke for some time regarding the Love and Jesus Christ, going into thier mind setup, showing love in the words and we got them under our control.

ONE STRANGE QUESTION FROM STREET LEADER : IF WE LEAVE ALL THIS ACTIVITIES , HOW CAN WE SURVIVE, That is the question we were waiting from them. I told him Yes, Right Question, there is the answer near Jesus.
Come to him and you will be saved. Again question from the street leader : How can I come to God with lot of sins. Really i have seen a great change in his face, looking smart and smily face.

Then I started telling the word of God:
Jesus the Living God has come to this World to save sinners. Explained with each and every example from bibles:
John 3:16, ” FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE HAVE HIS ONE AND ONLY SONE, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE “, explained clearly and we have seen lot of change.
Now there is a lot of work to do, Let their souls not turn again into darkness.
Emmanuel

THE VISION
Heavenly visions have been rare for me since the 1990’s. The vision started from a cry in my heart asking God about the place for street kids in heaven. Immediately the voice of Jesus came across like an airplane banner ….I go to prepare a place for them….and immediately I was among an uncountable number of mid-sized kids jumping and enjoying Jesus.

I was some kind of worker with Jesus, as their rooms had been prepared for each of them, and I was putting finishing touches on as I consulted with them individually as to their likes and desires. They were receiving the desires of their hearts and I got the most enjoyable part of making it happen!! I only had to visualize the right thing with a faith agreement to it, and the thing I “saw” appeared exactly where I “saw” it!

I later realized how this was fulfilling my own desire to bless these kids, born of the frustration of my constant inability to even partially supply their basic needs to stay alive here on the earth. In this place there were no more needs and I was getting to give them the desires of their hearts individually. My joy combined with their joy was too great of an experience. Indescribable.

The housing complex was something like Pueblo dwellings, all individually made and sized, yet connected with walkways and ladders for climbing up to other rooms built on rooftops with gardens and fruits. Each room had its’ own harmonious color on the outside that exuded The Glory. I put large gemstones over the door of one dwelling and the glory was reflected from that place for a great distance. It was better than a Christmas light-show here.

My work was to supply what each child wanted for blessing others. Their individual desires when manifested told the heavenly world how they were unique and important to God’s family. These kids had never done anything great on the earth. Most had died young, yet believing in their Jesus.

They each had their own rooms and possessions for the first time. Finally something was theirs that would never be taken away from them by bigger kids. They lived closely among each other as they had done here, so they were comfortable and not lonely. Some who had developed spiritual gifts and ministry while here on the earth were also given jobs among them. There were story times for imparting knowledge, games and lots of kid fun constantly going on.

Jesus seemed to love this place more than anything! It was His delight. It was my delight. He loved seeing me so happy …to finally be able to do what I am unable to do in the places of hell on earth where these kids live. I left the vision with even more desire to preach the gospel to every living creature.

When we have a pet such as a dog or cat we are proud when they perform tricks they have been taught, but that is not what we love about them. We love them when they are just who they are with their innate characteristics wanting to interact with us. That is how Jesus is about His family too.

From this vision I learned many new things about my Jesus and His values. His family is for Him to ENJOY!! It is made up of all who choose to love Him and honor Him for who He is. His love is not performance based, it is Joy based. His enjoyment manifests in more glory by lighting up the heavens with love and laughter. It is called JOY unspeakable and full of glory!

May this JOY be yours for the celebration of His birthday 2011.
Jane

Hello mother.
Praise God. How are you doing? Hoping your good coz I pray everyday for your safety. Mother u mean a lot to me and not only me but the whole world. I thank God for you and am proud of you mother.

Thanks for the money you sent I had to buy food instead of renting, coz rent they need for three months which is 210,000. I am presently residing at the chairman’s place, after a long time of being away from my kids, because of the dog bite and rabies shots I had to get.

Today is when I have had a better day with my kids and we had time to talk together. What gave me courage is that when I have not been there, my kids have not forgotten God. They have been praying daily and there some two men who were the best drunkies in the town, but they got saved just because of the gospel preached to them by my little kids. And the other miracle is that 4 of the kids were very sick but just because my kids knew I was injured, they decided not to tell me but believed in God and prayed hard and their friends were healed, and I really thank God for this. And mother their message to you is: thanks for taking care of my dog bite stuff and they are happy to have me again and they appreciate you.

MUD SLIDE
Mother, today I went to the place where the mudslide took place when you were here. I met 8 boys and 7 boys and when I met them they told me thank God that you are here because we need your help and the help they need is me to relocate them to a different village because the rain is too much here, and they are expecting another mudslide.

ORPHAN’S STORY
I am Alfred a boy aged 15, and I lost my parents when I was very young at the age of 8. The death of my parents was really bad, because they were killed by robbers who had come to steal cattle, and when my dad tried fighting them they pushed a knife into him and stabbed him to death. Then they raped my mother and after all that they killed her, and all this was done in front of my eyes. They wanted to kill me, but one of them requested them to spare the young kid because he doesn’t know anything, so they spared me.

I had no one left so I was adopted by one man who had the 14 friends of mine. And the reason why we survived the mud slide was because we were going to school so when we came back from school we found the whole village covered by mud. Please help us because the rain is too much, so we are expecting the mudslide again any day now. For us we don’t mind even if it’s living on the streets, but at least where it’s safe. Please save us. Alfred

Mother I really want to rescue these kids and get them to another village and I tried to talk to some chairman and he said I should pay 150,000 for him to give me a letter to have these kids stay in his village, and they need some 42,000 for transporting to this village. And mother the rain is too much and anytime the mudslide is soon happening and I need to do this faster, please mother let’s have this done for my kids.

The rain is so heavy in Bududa that my kids are affected too much coz they sleep outside and they can’t cover themselves. I know how this feels from when I lived on the streets, and I just know something must be done or we will lose some. Last time you talked of buying jackets for the street kids. You brought in the best idea, because these kids are living a terrible life, as the coldness is too much. Did you get any donations for Jackets yet?

I found a cheaper school for the deaf and mute, and I am requesting that I take Laden to it, because I want him to have company (friendship) in future because he can’t talk . So if he learns sign language he will be able to get company.

Please help me get a house soon, and this is a special thanks to you and all the people helping the street kids ministry to have it moving ahead.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND MAY THE ALMIGHTY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
I LOV YOU, Brian

Hello,
I love writing poems and whenever
i feel sad, the more words come for me to write.
This is what i’m learning:

If we are fortunate,
we are given a warning.

If not,
there is only the sudden horror,
the wrench of being torn apart;
of being reminded
that nothing is permanent,
not even the ones we love,
the ones our lives revolve around.

Life is a fragile affair.
We are all dancing
on the edge of a precipice,
a dizzying cliff so high
we can’t see the bottom.

One by one,
we lose those we love most
into the dark ravine.

So we must cherish them
without reservation.
Now.
Today.
This minute.
We will lose them
or they will lose us
someday.
This is certain.
There is no time for bickering.
And their loss
will leave a great pit in our hearts;
a pit we struggle to avoid
during the day
and fall into at night.

Some,
unable to accept this loss,
unable to determine
the worth of life without them,
jump into that black pit
spiritually or physically,
hoping to find them there.

And some survive
the shock,
the denial,
the horror,
the bargaining,
the barren, empty aching,
the unanswered prayers,
the sleepless nights
when their breath is crushed
under the weight of silence
and all that it means.

Somehow, some survive all that and,
like a flower opening after a storm,
they slowly begin to remember
the one they lost
in a different way…

The laughter,
the irrepressible spirit,
the generous heart,
the way their smile made them feel,
the encouragement they gave
even as their own dreams were dying.

And in time, they fill the pit
with other memories
the only memories that really matter.

We will still cry.
We will always cry.
But with loving reflection
more than hopeless longing.

And that is how we survive.
That is how the story should end.
That is how they would want it to be.

I Love you very much.

What I LOVE about this painful yet exquisite work:

I love that our Ugandan orphans have a family and are taking care of children in a GREAT way …in an African family.

I love seeing my original kids who have stayed faithful to us, grow up to be young adults that I can be proud of. It is even more admirable because they all came from the streets. Integrity is the standard they keep, and it is sadly lacking in the whole society. So we have Ugandan x street kids better than the society !!!

I love when I am able (through YOU) to give them an education so that they can enter the educated realms of their society.
The need to blame someone, or something, that perhaps we trusted in (like God), is simply overwhelming when we are in grief. “How could you let this happen to me?” becomes the “blame God” choice. “You are supposed to do better than this.”

Today we are exploring the human propensity to blame God for the bad things in the world and for what happens to us personally. The thought goes like this, “A good God (like we are taught to believe) would not cause or allow, all of this destruction like hurricanes, fires, earthquakes, landslides, wars, poverty, disease, death from the above, hardships in losses of jobs, family, homes, relationships, ministries, persecutions, etc….you can name yours….”

The need to blame someone, or something, that perhaps we trusted in (like God), is simply overwhelming when we are in grief. “How could you let this happen to me?” becomes the “blame God” choice. “You are supposed to do better than this.”

We trust God for many things. We rely upon Him for our safety, our identity, our provision. We serve Him because it is our payment for these protection services that God supplies to us. Isn’t Thanksgiving Day about acknowledging this service to us by God? There is something basically wrong in this paragraph. Can you find it?
Let me state some truth:
1. There is evil in the world.
2. Evil expands with agreement to its’ purposes and payoffs.
3. God brought to earth a way out of the cycle of destruction and death. (Jesus)
4. Self does not like God’s way. Self likes its’ own way of gratification.
5. God is not locked into deals such as: “I do this for you, so you do this for me”.
6. God is God. So we do for Him, because we honor, love and respect Him.
We freely give to Him not expecting anything in return because it is our reasonable service and we choose it.

When bad things happen we simply place a demand on God to work all things together for the GOOD, for those who are the called according to His purpose. We can place a demand on God when there is a promise in His WORD. He will perform His word quickly.

How does God work things together for the good? It depends on our trust and purity of heart towards those people or situations that have destroyed us. The best answer to how God works things together for our good is to respond: LET ME COUNT THE WAYS !
Now this is Thanksgiving. We acknowledge what God has done. This is walking in Kingdom Blessings no matter what comes our way.

The blame path leads to our own destruction. It destroys our love, faith and relationship with God and others. It causes us to return an eye for an eye ….you know… the thing we label justice. Have you ever thought that this is the very thing used to cause wars of destruction?
But God says a funny thing regarding judgment. In John 3:19 he says, And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their deeds were evil. In this passage the light is Jesus, and in us it is a transparent life in thoughts and actions. It means to have nothing to hide, because we have confessed our inner turmoil and have found the grace and forgiveness that God freely gives .

So what do we do with the anger that is left in us at the injustice of it all? We cannot be angry at God. We cannot be angry at others (we must forgive them of course) ! Blaming the devil is convenient but useless. We cannot stuff our anger into ourselves without resulting depression (a terrible lack of the abundant life promised to us who believe)…so we are left with nothing?
YET
WE CAN MAKE THIS OUR SONG:

LET GOD ARISE. LET HIS ENEMIES BE SCATTERED !

Psalm 68:1 For more of this cry read Isaiah 64: 1-5

Let us make this the prayer for our personal troubles, as well as for the world and all of its’ suffering, pain and destruction.
It is a cry for help.
It is the cry for justice.
It is the cry of the church in the dark days ahead.
It is the shout of His own elect who cry to Him day and night.
It is a battle cry of mobilization.

GOD ARISING is the only thing that will cause Jesus’ enemies to be put under His feet. (Psalm 110:1)
Yet….
FOR WHO CAN ENDURE THE DAY OF HIS COMING? FOR WHO CAN STAND WHEN HE APPEARS? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like fullers’ soap. Malachi 3:2 Be wise. Take note.

I have taken you on a far journey in this teaching, with many leaps over most pit holes…such as self-pity, depression, anger, revenge etc. It was my hope to show you a path to the abundant life where you can never again be trapped by the enemy in anger against God.
—————————————————————

I want to remind you of our new giving catalog on the home page of http://ActiveBlessing.com Be used to help the abandoned. Jesus loves them! It is a wonderful way to give for your gift list. We will send notification cards to those you tell us to.
Also we have large transportation debt from the many many x-child-soldier rescues we have done in the last 3 weeks, amounting to $2400. If you are able to give us an offering for any of the transport, medical bills and initial food for these kids, it would be the kindest thing ever.
Just yesterday Oscar received a call that 300 had walked from Juba South Sudan to the Uganda border. That is like walking barefoot from Cleveland to Washington DC. They are coming home even without us. They are now safely home, but with terrible leg and foot wounds and 5 pregnant girls among them. There are 500 kids left to bring home from Juba, and very many kids left in Congo and Rwanda. We cannot feed and house them, but we do bring them home and give them Jesus.
I will write more about it later this weekend as I have some good pictures to show you. Much love, jane

My names are ORISHABA WILBERFORCE ZION. Am a MUKIGA by tribe! I come from western Uganda in a district called BUSHENYI My hometown is called BUTARE and my village is KYAMUHUNGA. I was born 18 years ago by the late SALONGO SILVER and BIRUNGI ANNET. We were born three children and we are all boys and I am the second born. I was born on the 10th of October 1992. Am a street kid.

I was in primary three when my daddy died of AIDS /HIV. My father was a poor man who had no job to provide for our needs. When my father died he left my mother when she is pregnant of the last born. My mother struggled so much to see that i don’t drop out of school cause she wanted me to become a doctor in future. But because she was pregnant I sat home for one years cause i was the one to take care of her.

My elder brother used not to stay home. He was just coming back to sleep! After her giving birth she had to start working so that I get back to school and also get what to eat. I was left home taking care of my young brother.

When I finished my primary level she sent me to an expensive boarding school for my secondary level. When I finished my senior one and I was promoted to senior two, I came back home for my holidays and found when my mother was sick and she was not even working. My elder brother used to get money, but he was an alcoholic so he could not care about anything.

I started searching for a job but I was too young to be given a job, so I started picking up used plastic bags, bottles and scraps to get some money for my family to eat. That’s how I got to drop school and start a street life.

I was working with other street kids in order to get more money. On the streets we used to get more money at night than day-time. We used to grab peoples bags and run, so we used to find a lot of money in there. So I started sleeping on the streets cause I wanted to get enough money to get me back to school but whenever I could get it and I go home, I find mummy very sick so I had to spend all of the money on my mummy.

I went back to the streets again and this time I took long to go home cause I wanted a lot of money in order to live at home and to take me back to school. I got a chance and we stole a lot of money and so I went back home but my home was not there. The house was down and a lot of grass surrounded in the area. There was an old man who stayed near our home, so I went and asked him about my family. He told me many things.

My mummy had died some time ago. I cried a lot because by the time I got some good money to take care of her, she had died. I cried until I became very sick and I was taken to the hospital by the old man. After God helped me and I became well, I asked the old man about my two brothers and he told me he did not know where the elder brother was, and he told me that there was an old woman who took my young brother. So I went there and found the old woman. She told me a lot of things that happened to my mummy and the disease that killed her. I started crying while saying the disease that killed my daddy is the same disease that took my mother’s life. God.
I asked my brother of how he is living and he told me it was a hard life and he asked to go with me to the streets. I told him life on the streets is not really good, but I told him if I get some money I will send for him. So I came back to the streets and explained this to my friends and they were really concerned and they got me some small money to send to my brother. So I sent him 10,000shillings ($4) and I started again another street life. Street is the most rough and toughest place to call home, because you find all kind of diseases like jiggers, AIDS, malaria and many more. It is the hardest life in this world to stay alive.

THE CHANGE
I believe in GOD, and I know he can answer the prayers of everyone in this world! So one day I was on my job looking for spoiled scraps of food, and I saw so many guys washing vehicles and I went to them and I started asking them if I could join them and they told me that to join them I had to work for one week free, and they would be giving me food only. I accepted and I worked for the week. I started saving my money because I wanted to get myself a room and bring my brother from the old woman’s home, but as I told you God can listen. I saved some good money and I got a room of 30,000 shillings per month ($12). I thanked the old woman for keeping my brother, so when we started living together, life started changing better.

HOW I STARTED TO KEEP STREET KIDS
When I was working, one of my friends that I stayed with on the streets saw me, and I told him how life was moving! He asked to live with me. I accepted because he was a good friend of mine on the streets. He told me to go and see all the street kids, but I felt so bad when I found so many boys, and many of them were just young kids sleeping on the street. So I decided to let the young ones stay with me since I had a room. I started working with my brother and we saved money for another room because we were too many for one room. I got the next room. The biggest problem I always face is medication, because it is too expensive for me. Malaria and typhoid have to be treated.

THE TROUBLE
So I need everyone reading this story to have a word of prayer for me and my project, because the government is planning to construct a road in the area where we have been working for all that long time so we are now stopped from working.. They have poured in big stones cause it’s a swampy area and I now am having 25 kids staying with me and all their eyes are on me, and I have no job.

We are demanded rent for the last month and I don’t know how to find it. I am struggling to find what to eat but it’s so hard for a jobless man like me. When I thought there was no way, I became friends with Umar (Mr. Rebby) an ABU recording artist, and he connected me to their leader Jane Snyder. And all my kids are happy for the work she did for us. God should reward her. Me and Rebby we have finished writing a song of how life is on the streets. I always believe in God, that one day He will answer my prayers.
Yours in need!
Zion

An update to his story is that we have taken Zion and his kids into the ABU Street Ministry Kampala. We are looking for a monthly sponsor of $58 /month for him. He does a great work as a street Pastor to the older ones, and as a father, to many small children. I visit them every time I am in Kampala and invite the older ones to my hotel room for bible study. They are living as Christians in the most inhospitable environment for Christian living that I have ever seen. I honor them. Let us help. They are our brothers and sisters in Christ. They matter to HIM. They need to matter to us.

PLEASE DONATE FOR:
Pastor support (without which they will have no housing) @ $58/mo.,
or shoes (which keep jiggers from entering their feet),
blankets (the nicest thing they will ever enjoy in their day),
and some bibles (so they can become men of God, and skillful in His Kingdom).
Let us help them.
With much love and appreciation to you….. the contributors. May God’s Blessings be upon you.

Brian is 18 years old and is an ABU Street Pastor who recently lost his housing and goods when his placed was bulldozed for a road. He was in a hospital being treated for rabies. If you would like to help our wonderful Brian …just designate your funds
Brian. These are his needs:

My ministry is doing well and recently God has enabled me to evangelize to the nearby cities. This is about Ngora the new city. It was just God’s call for me to go and minister to this city, as I had never been their before but God gave me a vision to go. He showed me how these kids were suffering, and even showed me in my heart how those abandoned kids deserve to be treated with value like any other person for they are the great jewels of the coming generation.

When I reached there, I found these kids had a yearning heart for the love, favor and word of our Lord. When I asked them about Jesus Christ, no one new Him amongst them. I shared with them more about Jesus Christ, preached to them the gospel, for them to know how great they are when they put their trust in our Lord.

After that, I told them my story how I was also once like them, and God managed to change my life. They were really very happy with the little I shared with them and some of them got saved in the name of our lord Jesus Christ. On my departure, they never wanted me to leave them. They begged me to stay with them for the rest of their lives for they saw that I was sooo kind and had a lot of mercy upon them ……….but I couldn’t, I only asked them always to pray so that God may find away to help them.

When I told mum Jane that report, when they were still in US, she promised to do evangelism there and it happened when she reached here with some whites. I would like to tell you that there were more than a hundred kids got saved in the name of our lord Jesus Christ. Demons were cursed and most of the kids were set free. We bought for them food and had a lot of funs with them and they are missing our presence.

Lovely mum, this is my kind request, I would like you to help me so that we can find away to do a medical clinic to help those kids in Ngora. They are really not in good conditions…and to make the matters worse most of them they are in their youngest age of 5-12 which is very difficult to survive on the street. It is where the chicken pox started from. I just received a phone call from there and they told me that they would like me to go and pray for them, because 9 of them are ill with malaria. I am planning to go there soon and I would like your help in terms of transport and prayers as I will be traveling lovely mum. son
